This was taken at the Guatemalan ruins of Mixco Viejo. They’re small compared to many other ruins in Central America but when I look at the pictures, I can’t help but smile. I visited them my first day of Guatemala and I conquered so many fears as I hiked to the top. It’s the place I shed my fears and became myself. ~whimsicallyawkward
